Eight of the ground floor apartments have a private garden with sunbeds on the back. Renovated in 2009, the resort comprises a total of 16 apartments, located on the ground floor level or top floor, all with spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace. The hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool with children's swimming area and parasols laid out for use.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
