The recent unit OURA SENSES is 15 minutes walk from the beach. It is located in Albufeira, in the Algarve Region, 1.2 km from the beaches of Oura and the Alemães. These apartments have a common outdoor pool and Wi-Fi access is free in all apartments and Reception. All its comfortable apartments have high quality furniture and air conditioning and safe free of charge The living rooms include a sofa, satellite TV and the apartments have access to a balcony. Private bathrooms with a shower also come with a hairdryer. You can prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen of your accommodation, including a expresso coffee machine. In a building there is a Pub and Japanese Restaurant. Next door; Greek Restaurant, Ice-cream shop and Bakery. Very close location to supermarkets

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- 5% deposits are non-refundable but may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
