Das familienfreundliche Strandhotel liegt im Süden von Alicante, direkt neben dem Harmonisierungsamt für den EU-Binnenmarkt (HABM) und neben den Studios der 'Stadt des Lichts'. Das Meer sind nur ca. 900 m vom Aparthotel entfernt. Das Zentrum von Alicante, wo die Gäste zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars, Nachtleben und die Bus- und Bahnstationen finden, ist nach rund 5 km erreicht. Das Schloss Santa Barbara, der Strand der Playa del Postiguet, das Archäologische Museum sowie der Jachthafen sind alle nach ca. 10 Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle ca. 200 m entfernt und der Flughafen Alicante El Altet ist etwa 5 km vom Businesshotel weit weg.Das 2010 errichtete moderne Aparthotel mit insgesamt 204 Zimmern befindet sich in einer ruhigen und verkehrsgünstigen Lage.
