A área é um oásis de paz e tranquilidade, embora perto de centros comerciais. O complexo totalmente remodelado e restaurado oferece um ambiente limpo e moderno. Os apartamentos são confortáveis e têm terraços ou grandes varandas, a maioria dos quais oferece vistas espetaculares sobre a praia.
