Es genießt eine privilegierte Lage in einer ruhigen Gegend direkt im Stadtzentrum, nur 5 min von den Hauptstränden der Stadt entfernt (Bateles und Fontanilla). Es gibt öffentliche Verkehrsmittel im Umkreis von 100 m um das Hotel, der Bahnhof liegt 20 min Fahrtzeit entfernt. Die nächsten Flughäfen sind Jerez (ca. 40 min) und San Pablo (ca. 90 min).Das klimatisierte Stadthotel wurde 2007 erbaut und bietet moderne Architektur.
