Das Hotel liegt nur etwa 80 m vom Strand entfernt und ist zentral zwischen dem Ort Ca'n Pastilla und der Playa de Palma gelegen. Zum Stadtzentrum mit zahlreichen Einkaufs- und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Nach Palma und El Arenal bestehen regelmäßige Linienbusverbindungen. Das 1969 erbaute Hotel wurde 1998 komplett renoviert und verfügt auf 8 Etagen über insgesamt 475 Betten (25 Einzel- und 225 Doppelzimmer). Seinen Gästen bietet es eine stilvolle Empfangshalle mit Aufzügen, Hotelsafes und eine 24 h Rezeption.
