Fue construido en 1969 y renovado en 1998 y dispone de vestíbulo con recepción y caja fuerte. Además, está climatizado y tiene un pequeño supermercado, un bar, un pub, un restaurante, piscina cubierta, gimnasio, spa y programa de actividades y entretenimiento.
