Es ist Teil eines Projekts, das Schloss, die Kapelle der Virgen de la Peña von Frankreich und den Arbeiterbezirk wieder herzustellen. Dort befinden sich der Landschaftskontext, die Carapichel Quelle und die Ria de Aveiro. Das Hotel verfügt über eine 190 Jahren alte Geschichte und Innovation in der Herstellung von Porzellan.
