El diseño y conceptualización de las habitaciones ha corrido a cargo de la interiorista mallorquina Marga Rotger. Las líneas simples de la fachada junto con las principales características del estilo racionalista han sido determinantes a la hora de realizar el proyecto de interiorismo. Un estilo en el que las formas simples se suceden con ausencia de ornamentación.
