Das vom Inhaber persönlich geleitete Mittelklassehotel befindet sich direkt am 5 Kilometer langen Strand der Playa de Palma. Es ist umgeben von Fußgängerzonen, Restaurants und Bars. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind ca. 200 m und der die Hauptstadt Palma ungefähr 13 km entfernt. Das 2001 renovierte Strandhotel verfügt auf 5 Etagen über 90 Zimmer.
