Das Hotel befindet sich in der Hauptstraße, welche zum Stadtzentrum führt. Die Serra da Estrela liegt ca. 20 km vom Hotel entfernt. Das im Jahr 2003 eröffnete Mittelklassehotel verfügt auf 4 Stockwerken über insgesamt 104 Zimmer und Suiten. Ihnen wird eine Empfangshalle mit Rezeption (24 Stunden besetzt) und Aufzug geboten. Des Weiteren befinden sich im Hotel Bar, Diskothek, Spielzimmer, Restaurant und Konferenzraum. Alle Zimmer sind ausgestattet mit Bad/Dusche/WC, Klimaanlage, Direktwahltelefon, Minibar, TV, Radio und Doppel- oder Kingsize-Bett. Die Heizung und die Klimaanlage werden zentral reguliert. Im Hotel befindet sich der Natura Club, wo die Gäste Sporthalle, Sauna, türkisches und schottisches Bad, Squash, Hydro-Massage und Schönheitssalon vorfinden.
