Das Landhaus liegt 3 km von der Stadt Angra do Heroísmo entfernt. Praia da Vitória und der Hafen sind jeweils 25 km vom Landhaus entfernt. Der Flughafen ist 20 Autominuten entfernt. Dieses Landhaus war das erste, das sich dem Tourismus auf den Azoren widmete, und ist das Ergebnis eines sorgfältigen Projekts zur Umwandlung eines alten Herrenhauses in eine touristische Einrichtung.
