La casa rural se encuentra a 3 km de la ciudad de Angra do Heroísmo. Tanto Praia da Vitória como el puerto están a 25 km de la casa rural. El aeropuerto se halla a 20 minutos en coche. Esta casa rural fue la primera en dedicarse al turismo en las Azores y es el resultado de un cuidadoso proyecto de conversión de una antigua casa señorial en un alojamiento turístico. Cuenta con un total de 10 habitaciones y 7 apartamentos. También dispone de aparcamiento gratuito. Todas las habitaciones tienen ducha y secador de pelo, TV y aire acondicionado. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de la piscina. Se sirve un desayuno continental o buffet. Es imprescindible informar de la hora estimada de llegada y proporcionar un número de teléfono de contacto al menos 24 horas antes de la fecha de llegada.
