Das Mittelklassehotel ist nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt (ca. 20 m). Das touristische Zentrum des Ortes, mit seiner Vielzahl an unterschiedlichen Boutiquen, Cafeterias, Bars und Restaurants ist zudem in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen, die Entfernung beträgt ca. 500 m. Eine Haltestelle für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel befindet sich direkt am Hotelgebäude. Das Strandhotel verfügt über insgesamt 52 Zimmer auf 5 Etagen. Neben einem Empfangsbereich befinden sich eine Bar und ein klimatisiertes Restaurant im Gebäude. Die hellen und freundlichen Zimmer des Hotels verfügen jeweils über ein privates Bad/WC mit Haartrockner sowie über einen Balkon.
