Die Apartments liegen im Touristenzentrum der Stadt Pineda de Mar, nur etwa 250 m vom nächsten Strand entfernt. Zahlreiche Bars, Diskotheken und Restaurants sind ca. 100 m entfernt. In etwa 200 m Entfernung befinden sich zahlreiche Geschäfte und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (der nächste Bahnhof ist Pineda de Mar).Dieser Apartmentwohnkomplex verfügt auf 4 Etagen (Aufzug vorhanden) über insgesamt 14 Apartments. Die Gäste können die Einrichtungen des Hotels Sorrabona mitnutzen. Das Hotel verfügt neben einer 24 h Rezeption über Wechselstube und Safe.
