Der Ferienkomplex liegt nur etwa 50 m vom schönen Strand Cala Blanca und ca. 200 m von der Bushaltestelle, von der eine Verbindung in das ca. 3,5 km entfernte Ciutadella besteht, entfernt. Zum kommerziellen Zentrum, einem kleinen Bereich mit Geschäften, Bars, Restaurants und Supermärkten, sind es etwa 200 m. Der Flughafen Mahon liegt ungefähr 50 km weit weg.Die Anlage umfasst 24 Apartments mit einem Schlafzimmer, die sich auf 3 Etagen verteilen. Die höher gelegenen Etagen können mit dem Aufzug erreicht werden. Die Apartments stellen eine qualitativ gute Unterkunft dar. Zu den Einrichtungen zählt eine Rezeption mit Wechselstube, Autovermietung, Mietsafe und Touristeninformation. Die Rezeption ist während des Tages geöffnet.
