The hotel is located just minutes away (250 m) from the long, fine sand beach of Playa de Palma. Featuring a relatively peaceful location on two side streets, the hotel is situated away from the hustle and bustle yet still in close proximity to countless shopping and entertainment venues (200 m) between Balneario 9 and 10. The ''''RIU Centre'''' is approximately 1.5 km away; the centre of Playa de Palma and its many discos is just roughly 1 km away. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel (150 m away). This air-conditioned beach hotel was built in 1965 and completely renovated in 2001. It offers a total of 83 guestrooms spread over 4 floors, of which 17 are single rooms and 66 are doubles. The hotel has a large pool landscaped garden spanning 200 m², a tasteful lobby with lifts, hire safes, a currency exchange desk and a 24-hour reception.
