Es un pequeño y acogedor hotel con sólo 43 habitaciones, cuidadosamente preparado para acoger a sus huéspedes en un ambiente moderno y confortable. Se encuentra frente a la nueva basílica de la Santa Trinidad, a pocos metros del lugar donde estaba la antigua Cruz Alta y que inspiró el nombre del hotel. La decoración moderna hace referencia a los colores cálidos y luminosos, tanto en las zonas comunes como en las habitaciones. Todo el hotel dispone de wi-fi (gratis). También existe una zona de trabajo para los clientes. Ya que el viaje al santuario se hace a pie, ofrece un aparcamiento privado.
