As experiências únicas nascem dos detalhes e das histórias que passam de geração em geração. No The Noble House by Unlock Hotels é o edifício que conta a história não só da casa, mas da cidade e das tradições da região. Na receção uma pesada coluna dórico-toscana, em granito, sustenta uma abóbada abatida de artesões de aresta viva e na cozinha primitiva do séc. XVII, hoje zona de bar, dá-se nova vida à pia e a chaminé originais, revestidas a azulejos seiscentistas. Na fachada nascente, há um bonito balcão de mármore com balaústres circulares e dois quartos forrados com curiosos painéis cerâmicos de fabricação lisbonense do século XVII. No piso térreo, lêem-se cinco tramos de arcadas que davam acesso às lojas-armazéns e casa da carruagem, hoje transformadas em quartos junto à muralha romana.
