Depois de vencer a concessão da Coudelaria de Alter do Chão no âmbito do programa Revive, a Vila Galé recupera e reconverte algumas partes do empreendimento - a casa da quinta, as antigas cavalariças, o edifício administrativo e as antigas pocilgas - e transforma-as num hotel de quatro estrelas dedicado à temática equestre. O hotel dispõe de 77 quartos, um spa e um restaurante de gastronomia regional. Com o investimento na Coudelaria de Alter, o grupo pretende dar mais um contributo para desenvolver o interior do país e criar um polo de turismo e desenvolvimento regional no distrito de Portalegre.
