Los apartamentos están situados al lado del mar en el centro de Costa Teguise con acceso directo a un paseo frente al mar y la playa. Al lado se encuentran varios restaurantes, supermercado y un banco. Pequeño complejo de 42 apartamentos en total distribuidos en 3 plantas. Esta al lado del mar con piscina para adultos, solarium con hamacas, terraza con vistas al mar, recepción y sala de estar con billar. Ofrece servicio de lavadora con monedas. Los apartamentos son amplios, luminosos y la mayoria con maravillosas vistas al mar y disponen de 1 dormitorio, salon/comedor con sofá, cocina, baño, amplia terraza, TV nacional y satélite, teléfono y caja fuerte con cargo. Disponemos de una piscina con una bonita terrza alrededor con vistas al mar y hamacas y sala de estar con billar.
