Der Apartment-Komplex liegt nahe dem Stadtzentrum. Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich in nur 200 m Entfernung. Zum Strand sind es etwa 250 m. Der 2001 renovierte Komplex verfügt über insgesamt 117 Zimmer auf 7 Etagen, davon 39 Apartments. Es werden eine Empfangshalle, eine Rezeption (24 Stunden geöffnet), ein Safe und 2 Aufzüge geboten, das Café lädt zu einem Besuch ein. Der Wäscheservice (gegen Gebühr) rundet das Angebot ab. Zur Ausstattung aller Zimmer gehören Bad/WC mit Dusche, separate Küche, Zentralheizung, TV (gegen Gebühr), Balkon/Terrasse und ein Mietsafe. Die Endreinigung wird vom Personal übernommen. Den Gästen wird ein Süßwasserpool mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen geboten. Sonnenverliebte sind im Solarium herzlich willkommen. Zudem besteht die Möglichkeit Golf oder Tennis zu spielen.

Stornierungsbedingungen:

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
