Perto da Avenida Alfonso X El Sabio, da praça Los Luceros e a poucos minutos da Estação Ferroviária. A apenas 15 minutos a pé da famosa praia 'El Postiguet', do passeio Esplanada e do porto. Também perto das Instalações Desportivas Municipais (centro de tecnificação, piscinas, etc. ), tornando-o um local ideal para estadias desportivas, turísticas e de negócios. Bem ligado às principais vias de acesso e transportes da cidade. Temos estacionamento coberto no mesmo edifício.
