Este complejo de modernos apartamentos está situado en el centro de Lloret de Mar, a 50 metros del paseo marítimo y de la playa de Lloret, y a escasos 300 m del centro del casco antiguo. Algunos de los apartamentos ofrecen vistas parciales al mar. Este complejo de Los apartamentos son muy luminosos y céntricos y algunos de ellos ofrecen vistas parciales al mar. A 5 minutos a pie hay multitud de bares y restaurantes . Aunque los apartamentos no cuentan con sábanas ni toallas, los huéspedes podrán alquilarlas por 2€ por persona y estancia. A la entrada, los huéspedes deberán hacer un depósito de 60 eur por persona (con un mínimo de 200€ por apartamento) que les será devuelto a la salida si el apartamento se encuentra en perfectas condiciones. Llegadas posteriroes a 20h, suplemento de 15 eur.
