Localizado na área de El Pedrucho, em La Manga del Mar Menor, este complexo de apartamentos à beira-mar oferece vistas deslumbrantes sobre o Mar Menor e fica a apenas 80 metros do Mar Mediterrâneo. Inaugurado em 2003, este complexo de nove andares abriga 18 apartamentos totalmente equipados. Cada apartamento possui roupa de cama, uma cozinha com louças, geladeira, micro-ondas, máquina de lavar roupa, torradeira, banheiro, sala de estar e uma varanda com vista para o mar. Estacionamento pago está disponível perto do edifício mediante pedido. Os hóspedes podem desfrutar de vários esportes aquáticos oferecidos por fornecedores locais na praia (taxas aplicáveis), e um campo de golfe está localizado a aproximadamente 10 km de distância.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
