Das Hotel liegt ca. 500 m vom Stadtzentrum Covilhãs und etwa 20 km vom Naturpark Serra da Estrela entfernt. Das gemütliche Hotel im Stadtzentrum wurde komplett renoviert. Das Gebäude bietet 140 Zimmer, ein Spielzimmer, eine Bar und Konferenzeinrichtungen. Die Zimmer sind mit einer individuell regulierbare Klimaanlage, einem Direktwahltelefon (gegen Gebühr) und einem Kabel-TV ausgestattet. Die Zimmer haben alle ein eigenes Badezimmer.
