O hotel é um hotel com tudo incluído, situado na costa sudoeste da Ilha da Madeira, entre uma marina, montanhas e uma praia de areia. Um hotel ideal para famílias, tem um ambiente descontraído e amigável. Os hóspedes podem chegar à praia e a vários locais comerciais em um minuto. Restaurantes, a estação rodoviária e outras ligações à rede de transportes públicos ficam a apenas 2 minutos a pé. Fica a 10 minutos do centro da cidade e o Aeroporto Internacional da Madeira fica a aproximadamente meia hora do hotel. Este hotel de praia, ideal para famílias, dispõe de um total de 153 unidades de alojamento, das quais 5 são suites e 20 são apartamentos. A decoração dos interiores é luminosa e moderna e foram totalmente renovados em 2017.
