El hotel está situado en las dunas de la playa, a solo 4 km del centro de la ciudad de Vila Baleira, a 1 km del campo de golf de Porto Santo, a 2 km del aeropuerto y a 6 km del puerto. Se encuentra en una zona excelente de la costa sur y cuenta con acceso directo a la espléndida playa de arena de la isla. El alojamiento consta de 75 apartamentos confortables y completamente equipados. A su disposición hay una tienda y aparcamiento. Cada una de las habitaciones dispone de cuarto de baño privado con ducha y secador de pelo, así como de una pequeña cocina con hornillo y microondas, y las siguientes comodidades: TV vía satélite, conexión a Internet y aire acondicionado.
