Das Hotel steht nur ungefähr 30 m vom Fischerstrand, dem Praia dos Pescadores, entfernt, im lebhaften Zentrum von Albufeira. Dort sind auch zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte zu finden. Den Bahnhof erreicht man nach ca. 100 m und der Strand ist rund 30 m entfernt. Der Flughafen Faro liegt in ungefähr 35 km Entfernung. Das einladende Hotel bietet 58 Apartments und eine 24h-Rezeption. Vor dem Hotel gibt es gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze. Die Apartments können mit dem Aufzug erreicht werden. Zu allen Apartments und Studios gehören ein eigener Balkon oder eine Terrasse, ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie eine Kochnische mit Minikühlschrank und Herd. Außerdem sind die Zimmer standardmäßig mit einem Sat.-TV, einer individuell regulierbaren Klimaanlage, einem Safe (gegen Gebühr) und einem Doppelbett ausgestattet. Sonnenschirme und Liegen sind am Strand erhältlich (gegen Gebühr). Der nächste Golfplatz befindet sich ca. 7 km entfernt.
