The Agua Azul Hotel is one of the most popular hotels in the city for its prime location.The hotel is close to the old town and just a few km away from main waterparks in Benidorm, handy for the bars, resturants, shops and only a stroll(400m )to the Levante Beach.The hotel has a beautiful garden area surronding a large outdoor swimming pool, a terrace, a bar in the open air available during summer months for you to enjoy the spectacular climate of Benidorm.Agua Azul is your hotel in the center of Benidorm.We would like to inform you about our new policy regarding the check in procedure in Agua Azul Hotel.The customer should present a credit/debit card under his/her name at the hotel when checking in for guarantee purposes, and these details will only be used in case of damage in the room, robbery or theft. The hotel itself agrees to provide with details the reasons for the charge, informing as well the customer once the transaction has gone through.

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.
