El Hotel Catalonia Reina Victoria Wellness & Spa se construyó en 1906, renovado en el 2012, en estilo victoriano y fue la residencia y lugar de trabajo del poeta de origen checo Rainer Maria Rilke, cuya habitación es hoy en día un pequeño museo. Junto al hall de entrada del hotel hay una recepción abierta las 24 horas, caja fuerte, servicio de cambio de divisa y un ascensor.
