Das Stadthotel ist etwa 2km vom Meer entfernt und liegt in einer Seitenstraße in der Nähe der Plaza Catalunya und der berühmten Promenade Las Ramblas. Die Plaza Cataluña und Plaza Universidad sind beide nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt (100m). Die Kathedrale und das gotische Viertel sowie zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Diskotheken liegen ebenfalls nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Restaurants und eine Haltestelle der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel befinden sich direkt neben dem Hotel. Das im Jahr 2002 renovierte Haus begrüßt seine Gäste in einem schönen Garten (50m²) und verfügt über 57 Zimmer auf insgesamt fünf Etagen. Den Gästen stehen ein TV-Raum, ein Parkplatz und eine Garage zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich wird ein Wäscheservice angeboten. Die Zimmer sind serienmäßig mit einem Bad und einem Kingsize-Bett ausgestattet.
