Groups of nine or more guests may be subject to additional terms and conditions; please contact us before booking. Guests are required to show a valid, physical passport or EU ID card for check-in. Photocopies or pictures of ID will not be accepted.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
