Die Anlage befindet sich an der bekannten Avenida de Tirajana, in der Nähe des Einkaufszentrums von Playa Ingles. Das Zentrum des Ortes, mit seinen zahlreichen Einkaufs- und Unterhaltungsmöglickeiten sowie dem umfangreichen Nachtleben liegt in ca. 500 m Entfernung zum Gelände. Der Strand ist etwa 1,5 km, eine Haltestelle für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel liegt ca. 200 m vom Gelände entfernt. Zum Flughafen sind es ungefähr 30 km. Die Anlage wurde im Jahr 1980 eröffnet und 1989 komplett renoviert. Sie verfügt über insgesamt 150 Wohneinheiten, davon 93 Apartments im 5-stöckigen Hauptgebäude und weiteren 57 Bungalows im hinteren Teil des Geländes. Der Komplex bietet seinen Gästen einen Empfang, einen Aufzug, einen Fernsehraum, eine Bar, einen Minimarkt und ein Restaurant. Für Kinder gibt es auf dem Gelände einen Spielplatz und einen Miniclub (5 bis 12 Jahre). PKW-Stellplätze sind vorhanden.
