O complexo de apartamentos fica a cerca de 150 m da praia, numa área tranquila de San Agustín. O passeio marítimo, San Agustín com Playa del Inglés, fica a poucos passos do complexo e muitas ligações de transportes públicos encontram-se na área circundante. Renovado em 2000, este complexo consiste num total de 33 apartamentos/estúdios e um jardim de 300 m². Os hóspedes são convidados a usufruir do restaurante com ar condicionado.
