Located close to the town centre where there are many shopping and entertainment venues, this comfortable apartment complex lies just 100 m from links to the public transport network and about 400 m from the nearest beach. Renovated in 2005, this beach hotel comprises a total of 74 studios spread over 8 floors and features a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts, a currency exchange bureau and a safe. There is also a cocktail bar, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant (including highchairs for infants), Internet access (additional fee) and a TV room. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the car park and there is a playground for younger guests. Finally, a laundry service rounds off the facilities. The air-conditioned studios come with a bathroom, a hairdryer, a kitchenette, a fridge, a hire safe and central heating.
