El Fenicius charme hotel es constituido por recepción, bar, sala de desayunos, 40 cuartos, double e twin, doce parques de estacionamiento y una explanada. Con un total de ocho pisos, seis por encima del suelo y dos abajo del solo. En las paredes colocamos una combinación de imagen de Lisboa y de grandes personajes de las artes, cultura y deporto, como Fernando Pessoa, José Saramago, Amália Rodrigues y el mítico futbolista Eusébio. Los cuartos se subdividen en single y twin y están equipados con balcón, aire acondicionado, teléfono, televisión, Internet, cofre, casa de baño privativa, amenities, secador de pelo e servicio de cuartos entre las 11h00 hasta las 22h00. Estamos también preparados para recibir huéspedes con necesidades especiales de movilidad. LA sala de desayunos está abierta todos los días desde las 7h00 hasta las 10h00.
