El agroturismo está situado en una ubicación privilegiada, situado en una de las zonas más atractivas de Mallorca. Está situado en la zona de Alcudia y muy cerca de Pollensa , la ciudad más cercana es Puerto de Pollensa , situado a 8 km de distancia. Parte del paisaje está integrado en la Sierra de Tramuntana. También muy cerca de Sa Pobla y los puertos deportivos de Pollensa y Alcudia. La finca se remonta al siglo XVIII, año 1784. Tiene un gran valor arquitectónico. En la restauración se han conservado todos los materiales originales, así como el sabor original de las fincas mallorquinas. El agroturismo es el resultado de la restauración de una antigua explotación agrícola y ganadera. Hoy en día estas actividades todavía se llevan a cabo en la granja. El hotel es muy familiar y tranquilo. Su ubicación en la ladera de una montaña ofrece vistas privilegiadas.
