É o lugar ideal para passar férias em qualquer época do ano. A cidade de Palma de Mallorca e o seu aeroporto ficam a 60 km. Os 44 apartamentos e os 3 estúdios estão distribuídos por 3 pisos. Cada um tem televisão, ar condicionado, comodidades para fazer café, casa de banho com secador de cabelo, cozinha equipada, sala de estar e terraço.
