Este maravilloso hotel está en Funchal, cerca del casco antiguo de la ciudad. Desde el hotel hay unas vistas fantásticas de las montañas y del mar. El hotel está situado en un sitio tranquilo, en una parcela de 25.000 m2 con un romántico jardín, abundante vegetación y rodeada por un lago. El servicio de transporte está situado a tan sólo 50 m. Desde ahí salen autobuses gratuitos 4 veces al día. En las inmediaciones encontrará una gran cantidad de tiendas y comercios, así como restaurantes, bares, cafeterías y muchos otros lugares de ocio y de entretenimiento. A 1,5 km encontrará una playa de ensueño con aguas cristalinas. El centro de la ciudad y el puerto deportivo están a un paseo desde el hotel. El aeropuerto está a 17 km. Este encantador hotel se construyó a mediados del siglo XVIII y fue habitado durante años por familias británicas y francesas.
