Todos los días, entre las 7:30 y las 10:00 h, el Hotel do Centro sirve una atractiva selección de delicias matutinas, que incluyen una variedad de panes frescos, cereales, queso, jamón, mermeladas, zumos, leche, café y té. Para el almuerzo y la cena, puedes dirigirte al vecino Hotel Windsor y degustar sabrosos ejemplos de la gastronomía tradicional madeirense, seguidos de una prueba de la famosa bebida de la isla, la 'poncha', en el bar. Si deseas disfrutar de estos servicios, debes reservar con antelación (pensión completa o media pensión). El Hotel Windsor sirve el almuerzo entre las 12:30 y las 14:30 h y la cena de 19:00 a 22:00 h.
