Das Hotel liegt in Rincon de Loix inmitten eines 9.500 qm großen Gartens und nur ungefähr 500 m vom Strand Levante entfernt. Das Zentrum von Benidorm ist etwa 5 min entfernt und in ca. 3 km Entfernung befindet sich der bekannte Vergnügungspark Terra Mítica. Der nächste Golfplatz befindet sich im 10 km entfernten Altea. Der Flughafen von Alicante ist nur 40 min entfernt. Das freundliche Personal an der Rezeption ist gerne bei allen Fragen behilflich. Eine Gepäckaufbewahrung und eine Wechselstube stehen als Serviceleistungen zur Verfügung. Im Haus ist WLAN vorhanden. Die Unterbringung verfügt über eine Reihe von behindertengerechten Einrichtungen. 10 Aufzüge und rollstuhlgerechte Einrichtungen sind vorhanden.
