Está localizado em frente à nova Igreja da Santíssima Trindade, a poucos metros do local onde se erguia a antiga Cruz Alta, e que inspirou o nome do Hotel. A moderna decoração prende-se a cores quentes e vivas – tanto nas zonas públicas como nos quartos. Todo o hotel está preparado com internet de banda larga wifi.
