Este hotel de playa está situado en una conocida calle del centro de Playa de Palma. La playa y el paseo marítimo están a 200 metros de distancia. El casco antiguo de Palma de Mallorca está a unos 12 km. En un radio de 150 a 400 m podrá encontrar numerosas tiendas, restaurantes, bares y un campo de golf. Cerca a pie hay una parada de transporte público. Este hotel, construido en 1975 y renovado en 1998, está compuesto por un edificio de doce plantas y un total de 180 habitaciones, todas ellas dobles. El hotel está totalmente climatizado y dispone de un vestíbulo con ascensor, recepción 24 horas, servicio de cambio de divisa, caja fuerte y un ascensor exterior desde el que tendrá unas vistas impresionantes.
