Este elegante hotel balnear situa-se numa animada rua secundária no centro de Playa de Palma. Fica a apenas 200 m da deslumbrante praia e do passeio marginal. O centro histórico de Palma de Maiorca encontra-se a aproximadamente 12 km e num raio de 150-400 m do hotel os hóspedes irão encontrar inúmeros estabelecimentos comerciais, restaurantes, bares e um campo de golfe. A poucos passos do hotel existem ligações à rede de transportes públicos. Este hotel totalmente climatizado foi construído em 1975 e renovado em 1998 e compreende 12 andares com um total de 180 quartos duplos. Dispõe ainda de um hall de entrada com receção em serviço sob 24 h, cofre, guiché para câmbio monetário, elevador e um elevador exterior panorâmico. As instalações incluem adicionalmente um bar com televisão via satélite, uma sala de jogos, uma sala de televisão e um restaurante à la carte climatizado com zona para não fumadores.
