O complexo de bungalows situa-se junto à Playa del Inglés. É uma zona central, contudo bastante tranquila. Ao atravessar os jardins entre o complexo e as dunas, basta andar 200 m para chegar à praia. Em poucos minutos a pé encontram-se diversos bares, restaurantes, uma farmácia e aluguer de automóveis. Nas imediações encontra-se o centro comercial Cita, uma paragem de transportes públicos e as Dunas de Maspalomas. Até Las Palmas são cerca de 55 km. O hotel, renovado em 2005, dispõe de 41 bungalows, de um jardim e de um terraço. Oferece aos seus hóspedes um hall de entrada com uma recepção disponível 24 h por dia, cofre, bengaleiro e um minimercado. Os hóspedes poderão usufruir da lavandaria, assim como do aluguer de bicicletas.
