O hotel fica a 8 km de Los Llanos de Aridane e a capital da ilha, Santa Cruz de La Palma, fica a 35 km. O aeroporto internacional de La Palma fica a uma distância de cerca de 35 km. Os hóspedes são recebidos em um ambiente relaxado. A maioria dos quartos confortáveis e modernos oferece vistas maravilhosas do Oceano Atlântico e as comodidades incluem ar condicionado, WIFI, além de TV e varanda mobiliada.
