El complejo cuenta con una amplia variedad de villas y apartamentos, situado en un entorno de ensueño, en una de las pocas playas de arena que queda sin edificar en el mundo. Recién construido en 2011, este complejo de playa cuenta con un total de 286 villas y apartamentos. Incluye recepción las 24 horas, espectaculares jardines, 4 restaurantes y bares, un spa y gimnasio, dos áreas de piscina comunitaria y una tienda. Todas las villas tienen piscina privada y jardines, y todos los apartamentos cuentan con zonas de terraza. Los viajeros de negocios pueden utilizar las instalaciones para conferencias y el servicio de lavandería (con cargo extra).

- Cancellation free of charge until the date provided in "cancellation charges" (information available on booking form).

- The cancellation request when sent by email must be made before 6:00 pm, after that time it will only be considered on the following business day.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
