All rooms are provided with: phone, air conditioning, safe box, TV and complete bathroom. Hotel is just 5 minutes form the beach and 2 minutes from the city center. No pets allowed. Sabiote hotel also features restaurant and private parking.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.

- 1% deposits are non-refundable and can not be used for future bookings.

- Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled.
