Guests at the NH Amsterdam Leidseplein, formerly known as NH Amsterdam Centre, can enjoy some of Amsterdam's top sights right on their doorstep. It is easy to reach the Leidseplein Square, the Stadsschouwburg Theatre and the P. C. Hooftstraat shopping area within a short walk. Just across the canal from the hotel, guests have access to trendy shops, cafes and restaurants. Convenient transportation is also only a few steps away, including a tram to the Amsterdam Central Station and a bus to the Anne Frank House. Built in 1928 for the Olympic Games, the hotel building features a classic Amsterdamse School-style façade. The rooms at NH Amsterdam Centre are finished with a warm design and hardwood flooring.
