El hotel está a solamente unos 250 metros de la larga playa de arena fina y de poca profundidad de Playa de Palma. Además, está situado en una zona relativamente tranquila y apacible, lejos del ruido y del barullo y, sin embargo, cerca de muchas tiendas, comercios y lugares de ocio y entretenimiento (a 250 metros de distancia), entre los balnearios 9 y 10.
