¡Bienvenidos a nuestros acogedores, modernos y cómodos apartamentos! Estos espaciosos alojamientos son perfectos para familias o grupos de amigos que viajan juntos. Ubicados a pocos pasos de la estación de metro I. P. Pavlova y a un corto paseo de 5 a 7 minutos de la Plaza de Wenceslao, nuestros apartamentos ofrecen una comodidad inigualable. Nuestra recepción 24 horas garantiza un registro sin problemas y asistencia siempre que la necesites. Priorizamos la limpieza, ofreciendo un servicio diario ligero de limpieza y ropa de cama y toallas frescas cada tres días, sin cargo adicional. Disponemos de aparcamiento para vehículos medianos en un edificio cercano por 15-25 € al día, dependiendo del tamaño; sin embargo, las plazas son limitadas, así que reserva con antelación. Se admiten mascotas pequeñas por un suplemento de 10 € por noche. Ten en cuenta que no aceptamos despedidas de soltero/a ni grupos similares.

- If the booking has already been payed in full before the cancelation date, 95% of the value is refunded and the remaining 5% remain in credit and may be used in a future reservation. The maximum term for the use of the credit is 60 days after the date of the first cancellation.
